我们想搞一个web2.0的平台，会员制，用户需免费注册后才能上来进行各项操作。目前正在选择开发平台，规划总体技术架构。这个系统80%的内容需要自行开发，20%的内容可以选择成熟软件包，所以我们很关注开发平台的选择。不知什么样的环境/平台适合web2.0的快速开发和部署？有规范的开发流程管理和版本控制？能确保产品的质量并支持可持续性的开发（例如，即使核心技术人员跳槽，也能保证系统开发和管理的延续性，等等）？什么样的架构能保证performance, scalability？烦劳各位兄弟姐妹给出点主意。我们不敢过分劳动大家给出完整方案，三言两语给个线索或思路即可，或者即便您是路过来打酱油的，也非常感谢围观和捧场。多谢各位！

回答:

Do you require a framework or an open-source platform for customization? In a LAMP environment, I recommend codeigniter, a php framework on which you build your own logics at ease. This framework is the one I’ve chosen to build a highly community-based web 2.0 website. It supports MVC and object-oriented design and implementation. Codeigniter owns a very helpful developer community. Normally, any problem you might have in your development will already have solutions in the community threads. A good search will do. Kohana is a codeigniter alternative. It inherits codeigniter’s many features and further adds some others I love a lot, such as exclusive support for php5 and modulisation.

If what you need is an already-done platform for customization, drupal is my recommendation. It was voted the best open source project in 2005 and 2006. The community is extremely active and thousands of plugins out there for you to choose from. The code is awesome too. A successful showcase of drupal is Obama’s campaign website which used to receive millions of visits per day. The performance rocks.

EZ publishing is another open-source platform worth taking into consideration. It is a company-driven product yet the BSD license provides the largest amount of freedom for developers who want to base their application on the product. The system is properly-architected, completely modulized, and the company’s continuous optimization keeps the product robust. I personally don’t have practical experiences of working with the system but the British company I was with some years ago heavily relied on it to deliver web-based applications to some giant corporations such as Swiss Bank. The system’s core component is a CMS and you may bundle some other components, also unbelievably free, such as flow or media components, to make a highly interactive community site.

I would also like to remind you of a pitfall in which you may become trapped and cause your project to fail. That is never and ever, ever and never, to use any open-source platform developed and maintained by Chinese developers. I am not here looking down upon Chinese programmers, I am a chinese too, but China so far is not a place to grow best open-source project.

翻译成中文的话，两句都可以翻译成“一切皆有可能”。但从英文语义直接分析的话，两句不但大相径庭，而且，暴露出李宁公司广告文案的简单粗劣的模仿。

“impossible is noting”，重在强调对所谓“不可能（impossible）”的蔑视和鼓励体育竞技中人们应该持有的自信、自我、自由的肯定，双重的否定引出了极强的肯定。回头看看李宁的“anything is possible”, 看似在与阿迪摩拳擦掌，势不两立，可其实，这句模仿的英文说起来实在是底气不足。”anything is possible”实际在强调“anything”,后面接了一个可笑的“possible”，仿佛是说，“什么事情可都有可能发生啊，不管好坏”，所谓“anything”，恐怕也包括比如“兴奋剂丑闻”，“泰森咬人耳朵”，“刘翔退赛”等等。

不过退一步想，这可能也是中国在从低端模仿向高端模仿的过程吧，先前模仿制造，现在模仿创意，创新和超越也许会在不久发生。突然想起，老外的广告文案真的不错，比如耐克的”just do it”，简单明了，让人振奋。我又崇洋媚外了，呵呵。

昨天在回来的火车上，我草拟了我的new year resolutions，现在在我的个人博客上正式发表一下，2009年快要结束的时候，自己参照一下，看看那时的我将是欣慰还是愧疚，希望是欣慰了。

1. Life

• Wait for no one, find a girl I love for marriage;

• Utmost target: reconstruct the main portal system and revolutionize it a great masterpiece;

3. Reading and socializing

• 30 books to read: 10 English ones, 15 for job, and 5 on history, literature, psychology or social sciences;
• Subscribe news from BBC, Financial Times, Times online, Guardian, New York Times and read them on Google reader;
• Writing for personal Blog on a regular basis, at least one entry a week;
• Outdoor activities and meet more people, maybe for better chance of meeting a girl;
